1. Using Loadout

Loadout is a marketplace where individuals list and buy local gaming gear. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You are responsible for anything that happens under your account.

2. Listings and transactions

All transactions happen directly between buyers and sellers. Loadout does not take possession of items, does not process payments, and is not a party to any sale. You are responsible for accurately describing items you list, honoring your commitments, and complying with local laws.

3. Prohibited activity

Do not list stolen goods, counterfeits, weapons, illegal items, or anything that violates a manufacturer's terms. Do not harass other users, scrape the service, or attempt to access accounts that are not yours.

4. Content you post

You keep ownership of the photos and descriptions you post. By posting, you grant Loadout a non-exclusive license to display that content in the app for the purpose of running the marketplace.

5. Disclaimers

Loadout is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed, or that any transaction will be completed.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
