How do I sell an item?
Tap Sell in the bottom nav, add photos, a title, price, condition, and category. Your listing goes live immediately.
How do payments work?
Loadout is a local marketplace — you arrange payment and pickup directly with the other person. We recommend meeting in a public place and using cash or a trusted payment app.
I'm not getting my verification email.
Check your spam folder for a message from notify.loadoutusa.com. If it still hasn't arrived after a few minutes, request a new code from the sign-up screen.
How do I change my username or city?
Open Settings from your profile to update your username, display name, city, avatar, and bio.
How do I report a listing or user?
Email support@loadoutusa.com with the listing URL or username and a short description. We review every report.
