Information we collect
When you sign up we collect your email, username, display name, and any profile details you choose to add (city, bio, avatar). When you list an item we store the listing details and photos you upload. If you allow location access, we store your approximate coordinates to power "near you" search.
How we use it
We use your information to run the marketplace: showing your listings, matching them to nearby buyers, delivering messages, sending verification and transactional emails, and keeping the service secure.
What we share
Your public profile, listings, and city are visible to other users. We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that host Loadout (database, storage, email delivery) and only as needed to operate the app.
Your controls
You can edit your profile and listings, or delete your account, at any time from Settings. Email us at support@loadoutusa.com to request a copy of your data or a full deletion.
Cookies
We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your location preference. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
